Upon receipt of a proper notice of claimed infringement, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, and we may notify the alleged infringer of your claim. If the alleged infringer believes that the content has been removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
